User Management

When creating an account a user is created as the "account owner" and as such has special rights within WorkOrdersDeluxe. Also, the initial user is assigned all available roles, but the assigned roles can be changed at any time.

User Roles

There 4 user roles that can be assigned as needed, plus there is the account owner role automatically assigned to the individual that created the WorkOrdersDeluxe account.

Accessing the User Management page

The user management page is accessed with the "Users List" button in the main menu. Note that only users logged in with the Administrator role will see this button and have access to the user management screen.
