Parts management in WorkOrdersDeluxe consists of a parts list, vendors list, and order parts functionality. The parts and vendors lists are available as separate screens but also available in the work orders screens so that parts can be designated as used on a work order.
The parts and vendors lists include add, edit, delete, paging, searching, and sorting functionality to help with locating a part or vendor. Note that only users with the Parts Manager role can add, edit, and delete parts and vendors.
The parts management pages are accessed with the "Parts Inventory", "Vendors List", and "Order Parts" buttons in the main menu. Note that all users can access the Parts and Vendors buttons but only users logged in with the Parts Manager role will see the Order Parts button and have access to the Order Parts screen.
